Situated in a peaceful Beauce village, Boulay-les-Barres, this Holiday cottage for 4 to 5 people is located next to a farm. Just a few kilometers from Orléans, you'll enjoy an authentic rural setting, ideal for recharging your batteries. This comfortable base is also a great gateway to the rich heritage and culture of the Loire Valley.

First floor:
- Living/dining room.
- Fully equipped kitchen: sink, fridge with freezer compartment, oven, hob (3 gas, 1 electric), hood, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, filter coffee maker, senseo pod coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, electric mixer.
- Separate WC.

1st Floor:
- Bedroom n°1 with 1 bed 140x190.
- Bedroom n°2 with 2 beds 90x190.
- Bedroom n°3 with 1 bed 90x190.
- Bathroom: shower, washbasin.
- Separate WC.

Outside : Enclosed private garden
- Entrance through gate and driveway where you can park.
- Garden furniture, parasol, barbecue, 2 sun loungers.
- Closed storage area for bicycles.

Bed linen is provided and end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and rubbish) is included. Heating and electricity with reasonable consumption - if the gîte is heated electrically, you have 15 Kwh per day (any excess must be paid on site to the hosts).
