On the edge of the Beauce and Gâtinais regions, bordering Essonne and Seine et Marne, this gîte in northern Loiret is 1 hour from Paris, close to the Fontainebleau forest, the climbing sites of Larchant, Chamerolles castle, the medieval fortress of Yèvre-le-Châtel - one of the most beautiful villages in France - and 1h30 from the châteaux of the Loire. The owners live 15 kilometers from the gîte.

All ground-floor accommodation with entrance and separate toilet, fitted kitchen, large living/dining room, 4 bedrooms (2 bedrooms with 1 double bed (160), and 2 bedrooms with 1 single bed (90)), shower/bathroom (shower and bath, washbasin).
