Set in 6,900 m² of grounds on the edge of the Forest d'Orléans, Les Parenthèses Focus welcomes you to a peaceful setting with its private heated swimming pool. This large, charming house, housed in a former school, is ideal for family reunions, business events or celebrations such as birthdays. The authentic atmosphere of the place is enhanced by the presence of a bell outside, a reminder of its past history. It lies between the Beauce and the Forest d'Orléans, between two rivers, the Œuf and Laye du Sud. It is one of the villages in the Loiret department to have been awarded the "Villes et villages fleuris" label. Close to our home is the Château de Chamerolles. Here, you can explore the interiors, which were furnished and decorated from the 16th to the 18th century, tracing the use of perfume in society. You can then explore the Renaissance gardens, reconstructed from old archives, as well as the park and its water mirror. The château is an outstanding site on the Route de la Rose. Hiking trails depart from Château de Chamerolles to explore the Forest d'Orléans, the largest state-owned forest in France. Horseback riding is also available. Holiday cottage equipped with electric vehicle charger. Numerous activities are also available in Pithiviers (15 km) and Orléans (30 km).

On the second floor (via spiral staircase), the "LYCEE" bedroom with a 160x190 cm bed (separable into two single beds), the "PRIMAIRE" bedroom with two 80x190 cm single beds, the "BREVET" bedroom with two 80x190 cm single beds and the "MATERNELLE" bedroom with a 160x190 cm bed (separable into two single beds).

An independent annex (on the 1st floor via outside stairs) adjoining the house with two single beds 90x190 cm and a shower room with toilet.
