A large house with two Holiday cottages linked by an internal staircase: 1/ "LE PETIT POZOIR" for 4/6 people on the first floor of the house: a dining room that can accommodate both Holiday cottages, a fully-equipped kitchen, a living room with a 140x190 cm sofa bed, two bedrooms, each with a 140x190 cm double bed and en-suite shower room, and two independent toilets.
It has an entrance from the inner courtyard and is equipped with a garden, terrace and barbecue next to the Lake.

2/ "LE GRAND POZOIR" for 6 people is located on the first floor of the house: On the 1st floor: - A beautiful living room with lounge, dining area and open-plan fitted kitchen (fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, extractor fan, electric oven, microwave, 3-zone induction hob, filter coffee maker, senseo coffee maker, kettle, toaster...), - Bedroom n°1 with a double bed 140x190 cm, - Separate shower room (shower, washbasin) - Separate WC - Bedroom n°2 with a double bed 140x190 cm and its own private open shower room and separate private WC. On the 2nd floor (open onto the staircase): - Sleeping area n°3 with two single beds 90x190cm under slope. Outside: You'll enjoy a large garden shared between the two Holiday cottages (not enclosed). Each Holiday cottage has its own private terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. The house is in the Countryside, surrounded by a stream.
