Discover a warm and welcoming Holiday cottage for up to 5 people, ideally located just 30 minutes from Gien, 20 minutes from Briare and 4 minutes from La Loire. It's an ideal place to stay with family or friends, or for business travelers. You're just a stone's throw from the "Ferme des Doucets" family farm. Many activities are possible: visiting the various monuments of Beaulieu-sur-Loire and its surroundings, fishing, walking or cycling, sailing on the canal, canoeing on the Loire, swimming in the Piscine, picnicking... The village lies on the Loire à Vélo cycle route and in the Coteaux du Giennois Vineyard near Sancerre. Nearby, don't miss the City of Châtillon-sur-Loire, the Château de Saint-Brisson-sur-Loire, the Musée des Deux Marines and the Pont-canal Briare, the Château de Saint-Fargeau, the Château de Guédelon, the vineyards of the Centre-Loire... In Beaulieu-sur-Loire you'll find a Pharmacy, a Doctor, a supermarket and other small shops. Supermarkets and doctors' surgeries are less than 5km away. The nearest emergency center is in Gien. The Holiday cottage is close to the Château de Courcelles-le-Roi.

Holiday cottage entirely on first floor (3 steps to entrance) with living room, dining room and open fitted kitchen, bedroom with double bed 140x190 cm and single bed 90x190 cm, shower room and separate toilet. Outside, courtyard shared with the second holiday cottage (under construction). You'll enjoy a small private terrace in front of the Holiday cottage, with its own garden furniture and barbecue. On-site parking in the property's courtyard. Access to a closed bicycle storage area. Games room available in our barn in summer: table tennis, table soccer, etc. All-inclusive price: bed linen provided and beds made on arrival, heating included, bathroom linen provided and end-of-stay cleaning package included.
