You can also discover Center Parcs, the Mini-Châteaux d'Amboise and the Domaine de Ciran, perfect for family activities. Beaugency station is just 10 minutes away by car, making it easy to get to Paris (1h20), Blois (20 min), Tours (1h) and Orléans (20 min). On the first floor, a fully-equipped kitchen (oven replaced by combined microwave) opens onto the living room with corner sofa and flat-screen TV (Canal+), a bedroom with a 140x190 cm double bed, an independent shower room and a separate toilet.
Upstairs, an open-plan mezzanine sleeping area with two single beds 90x190 cm.

Enjoy a pretty, quiet garden with garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue and parasol.
Private parking for two vehicles is available.

Rates include bed linen provided, beds made on arrival and end-of-stay cleaning.
Towels are optional at €5/per person.

For the period from October 01 to April 30, concerning electricity consumption and heating:
8 kwh/day are included in the rental price, any excess consumption must be paid to the owner on departure (current EDF rate). The electricity meter will be read in your presence on arrival and on departure.
