Just 200 meters from the Holiday cottage, a magnificent 3-hectare pond awaits you for your Hiking, Fishing (map available from the Mairie) or jogging sessions. There's also a playground for the little ones, and the Grand Chambord aquatic center with its swimming pool, balneotherapy area and waterslides. You can also discover Center Parcs, the Mini-Châteaux d'Amboise and the Domaine de Ciran, perfect for family activities. Beaugency train station is just 10 minutes away by car, making it easy to get to Paris (1h20), Blois (20 min), Tours (1h) and Orléans (20 min) - the ideal place for a relaxing stay in the heart of the Loire Valley.

On the first floor, a fully-equipped kitchen opens onto the living room with a corner sofa and flat-screen TV, a bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm), an independent shower room and a separate toilet. Upstairs, an open-plan sleeping area on a mezzanine with two single beds (90x190 cm). Enjoy a pretty, quiet garden with garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue and parasol, and private parking for two vehicles.

Rates include bed linen provided, beds made on arrival and end-of-stay cleaning. Towels are available as an optional extra at €5/per person. For the period from October 01 to April 30, electricity and heating consumption: 8 kwh/day are included in the rental price, any excess consumption must be paid to the owner on departure (current EDF rate). The electricity meter will be read in your presence on arrival and on departure.
