Gîte moderne dans un océan de calme

Accommodation comprises a large kitchen, living room, shower room and separate toilet. Three tastefully decorated bedrooms, 2 with double beds and one with two single beds. The Bungalow is all on one level. At the front of the house, you have a gated courtyard where you can park (≈500m²). To the rear, a small unfenced garden with private terrace (≈300m²).
The 2 outdoor power sockets are not dedicated to electric vehicle recharging.

All-inclusive rates include: bed linen (beds made on arrival) and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (however, the gite must be tidy, garbage cans and dishwasher emptied, bed linen grouped together in the same place, and sanitary facilities must be in a correct state of cleanliness), heating and electricity within the limit of a reasonable and reasoned consumption (16Kwh/day) - any large overruns will be settled on site with the owners.
