It's an ideal Berrichon cocoon for a stay with family or friends, or for business trips. You're just a stone's throw from the "Ferme des Doucets" family farm. Many activities are possible: visit the various monuments of Beaulieu-sur-Loire and the surrounding area, fishing, walking or cycling, sailing on the canal, canoeing on the Loire, picnicking... The village lies on the Loire à Vélo cycle route and in the Coteaux du Giennois Vineyard near Sancerre. Nearby, don't miss: the City of Châtillon-sur-Loire, the Château de Saint-Brisson-sur-Loire, the Musée des Deux Marines and the Pont-canal Briare, the Château de Saint-Fargeau, the Château de Guédelon, the vineyards of the Centre-Loire... In Beaulieu-sur-Loire you'll find a Pharmacy, a Doctor, a supermarket and other small shops. Supermarkets and doctors' surgeries are less than 5km away. The nearest emergency center is in Gien. The Holiday cottage is close to the Château de Courcelles-le-Roi and the Domaine des Médards, both of which are ideal for receptions.

Holiday cottage entirely adjoining on first floor (3 steps to entrance) with: - living room: fully-equipped kitchen, dining area, sitting area with 1 pull-out bed (2 x 80x190 mattresses form a 160cm bed when unfolded), - bedroom with 2 x 90x190 beds - separate shower room (Italian shower, washbasin) - separate toilet Outside, courtyard (under construction) shared with the second adjoining cottage. You'll enjoy a private terrace in front of the Holiday cottage with its own garden furniture and barbecue. On-site parking in the property's courtyard. Access to a closed bicycle room.
