Florence and Jérôme are delighted to welcome you to their Holiday cottage in Lailly-en-Val, 4.5 km from La Loire, 5 km from the City of Beaugency and 15 km from Château de Chambord and Meung-sur-Loire. Located in a restored farmhouse with private parking, the independent Holiday cottage can accommodate 5 people. In summer, you can enjoy meals in the enclosed garden.

On the first floor: - a large living area with a dining room and a fully-equipped kitchenette, - a small lounge with TV, - a separate shower room with toilet.

Upstairs, you'll find: - a master bedroom with dressing room and double bed 160x200 cm (separable into two 80x200 cm beds), - a bedroom with double bed 140x190 cm, - as well as a small bedroom with single bed 80x190 cm, independent wc. Outside, you'll enjoy a gated, enclosed garden with a private area for your stay, comprising a gravelled courtyard with garden furniture for your meals, and a small lawn area with deckchairs. At the far end of the plot, you'll also have access to an area shared with the owners' house, where a swing is at your disposal. Rates include: bed linen provided and beds made on arrival, heating included and end-of-stay cleaning included. Towels are available as an optional extra at €5/pers, payable on site.
