We're delighted to welcome you to La Grange à Grains, a peaceful place steeped in history, between wood and stone, in Château-Renard. This atypical early 20th-century building has been completely renovated, combining the charm of the past with modern comforts to offer you a warm and authentic stay. For nature lovers, take advantage of the trails directly accessible from the property, between forests, rivers and unspoilt landscapes. Just 20 minutes from Montargis and the Briare and Loing canals, our Holiday cottage is ideally placed for exploring the Loiret region and the gateway to Burgundy. For a stopover or a longer stay, we welcome you with simplicity, conviviality and authenticity.

This spacious, bright, air-conditioned duplex offers a warm, comfortable setting for a stay with family or friends.
On the first floor, the entrance opens onto a fully-equipped kitchen leading to a spacious living room with a sitting and dining area. A laundry room with toilet and washing machine completes this living space.

Upstairs, you'll find two bedrooms: one with a 160×200 cm double bed, the other with a 160×200 cm double bed (separable into two 80×200 cm single beds). A mezzanine lounge and bathroom with toilet complete the first floor.

The duplex features a small private terrace overlooking a shared garden area of around 300 m², ideal for relaxing. Entrance is on one level from the courtyard, with reserved parking on the property for one vehicle. Free public parking is available just a few meters away.
