Pleasant, single-storey gîte in a working farmhouse (only 1 step to enter), on the edge of the Loiret and Puisaye. It is in a quiet, restful location. In the heart of the Puisaye countryside, 3 valleys offer you the chance to recharge your batteries. These valleys are criss-crossed by 3 rivers: the Ouanne, the Betz and the Cléry. There are signposted walks to help you discover the most beautiful gustatory and cultural destinations in complete tranquillity.

Living room with fitted kitchen opening onto the dining room and sitting area, 2 bedrooms sleeping 5 (Bedroom n°1 with 1 double bed and 1 single bed; Bedroom n°2 with 1 double bed), 1 shower room (shower, vanity unit), separate toilet.
Outside, a large green space with a pond and an awning that can be used as a garage. Garden furniture with tables and chairs, barbecue and deckchairs to enjoy the fine weather.
