Les 2 Cygnes Holiday cottage, just a stone's throw from the Briare canal bridge, is the ideal starting point for numerous excursions on foot, by bike or on the water! A little further afield, you can explore Sancerre, Pouilly Sur Loire, Guédelon castle, Saint Fargeau and many other treasures of the Loire Valley. The City of Briare has all amenities and a Sncf train station (20' walk from the Holiday cottage). 1st floor: large landing leading to four bedrooms, including two with double beds (160x200 cm), one with four single beds (80x190 cm), two of which are on the mezzanine floor, one with five single beds (80x190 cm), two of which are on the mezzanine floor (low ceilings), two shower rooms, one with WC, and separate WC.

Outside, you'll enjoy a large enclosed garden, and a south-west-facing terrace ideal for al fresco dining, with garden furniture, lounge area and charcoal barbecue. Private parking for 3-4 vehicles.
