In a quiet neighborhood, just a stone’s throw from the harbor (50m), it’s the ideal starting point for exploring the Loire Valley, Orléans, the Sologne region, and the many treasures of the Loiret department—from cultural heritage and nature to outdoor activities. As soon as you walk in, you’ll be charmed by the vast, spacious, and light-filled living area, designed for enjoying quality time with family or friends. Its large windows offer a pleasant view of the Loire River and create a peaceful atmosphere throughout your stay. From bike rides and walks along the riverbanks to exploring the villages of the Loire Valley, this holiday cottage combines space, comfort, and an ideal location to fully enjoy the region’s charms.

On the ground floor (2 steps to enter the holiday cottage from outside):
- A spacious and bright living area featuring:
A fully equipped open kitchen with two fridge-freezers—each with a 194L refrigerator compartment and a 52L freezer compartment—sink, oven, induction cooktop, range hood, microwave, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, Senseo coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, blender, and two raclette machines.
A dining area with a large table that seats up to 12 people.
A living area with a large corner sofa, armchairs, and ottomans, and a wall-mounted TV. The room is air-conditioned and offers a view of the Loire River.
- Bedroom #1 (accessed via three steps from the living area) with two 90x200cm beds that can be joined to form a single 180x200cm bed (closet, window with shutters and sheer curtains), as well as its own open-concept private bathroom (walk-in shower, sink, electric towel warmer, and hair dryer). Air conditioning in the room.
- Separate toilet

On the first floor:
- Bedroom #2 with a 160x200cm bed (2 pillows per person, comforter), closet with mirror. Blackout curtains on the window. Air conditioning in the room.
- Bedroom #3 with a 160x200cm bed (2 pillows per person, comforter), closet. Shutters, sheer curtains, and blackout curtains on the window. Air conditioning in the room.
- A separate bathroom with a corner bathtub, sink, washing machine, electric towel warmer, and hair dryer.
- A separate toilet.

On the second floor:
- An open, walk-through mezzanine with two 90x200 cm beds (2 pillows per person, duvet). Air conditioning in the room. This area serves as the passageway to bedroom #4.
- Bedroom #4 (accessible via the mezzanine), furnished with one 160x200 cm bed and one 90x200 cm bed. A blind on the skylight and a blackout curtain on the window. A small fan is provided.

Free street parking right next to the holiday cottage.
