Enjoy this fabulous accommodation with the whole family, and look forward to some good times ahead. Sleeps 15, 7 shower rooms. 300 m2 of living space with heated swimming pool (5 m x 12 m from May to September) and boulodrome. Possibility of increasing to 30 beds and 500 m2 of living space by renting Parenthèse 1 on the same 2-hectare plot. Country atmosphere, swimming pool and duck pond. Two horses and ducks on site. For your activities: lounging, swimming pool, pétanque, ping-pong table, soccer goal, swing on site. No limit accrobranche adventure course in the forest 3 minutes from the gîte, or 13 min from Montargis, 25 min from Golf de Vaugouard, 40 min from Faïencerie de Gien, and Pont Canal de Briare...

A place to relax in the middle of the fields. Beautiful 300 m2 space spread over a first floor and an upper floor with 7 bedrooms.
On the first floor, a large living-dining room and its dining room. Upstairs are the bedrooms and bathrooms. The bathrooms are equipped with shower and washbasin.

A total of 15 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms on the 2 levels.

A second Gîte on the same plot sleeps a further 15. Only the swimming pool is shared. Each gîte has its own terrace and independent space. Charcoal barbecue in each gîte. The swimming pool is heated from May to September to 27 degrees and measures 5m x 12m.

Bed linen and towels are provided by the house. Just let us know how you would like the rooms to be furnished.

Animals other than horses are not allowed at "La Parenthèse". In fact, you can bring your own horses if you wish to go for a walk in the forest just a few trots from our house.

An internet connection is also available.

A car is required or, failing that, a 15-minute cab ride from MONTARGIS train station.
