Gîte La Parenthèse I

Annex to a farmhouse that we sometimes occupy on a surface area of 2 hectares. This totally independent annex is isolated in the middle of the fields, in a peaceful setting far from the hustle and bustle of the city, with a heated swimming pool (5m x 12m) open from May to September. Country atmosphere, pool and duck pond. Two horses and ducks on site. For your activities: lounging, swimming pool, pétanque, ping-pong table, soccer goal, swing on site. No limit accrobranche adventure course in the forest 3 minutes from the gîte, or 13 min from Montargis, 25 min from Golf de Vaugouard, 40 min from Faïencerie de Gien, and Pont Canal de Briare...

A place to relax in the middle of the fields. Beautiful 240m2 space distributed over a first floor and an upper floor with 6 bedrooms.
On the first floor, 2 bedrooms on one level and a large living room with open-plan kitchen, with a very large bathroom with Italian shower and two basins.

Upstairs you'll find 4 bedrooms, including a master suite (double bedroom with an adjoining bedroom sleeping 2 and a study area), all with en suite bathrooms and toilets.
The 5 shower rooms are equipped with showers and toilets.

A total of 14 sleeping rooms and 5 bathrooms on the 2 levels, refurbished in 2020.

There is a second living room on the 1st floor, with an office area and an extra bed. Maximum capacity is 16 people with the 2 extra beds.

Bed linen and towels are provided by the house. All you need to do is tell us how you'd like to equip the rooms.

Animals other than horses are not allowed at "La Parenthèse". In fact, you can bring your own horses if you wish to go for a walk in the forest just a few trots from our house.

An internet connection is also available.

This is the annex of a farmhouse. Private access to the entire surface area of the accommodation. The 2 hectares of garden and swimming pool can sometimes be shared with the occupants of the main house on the property or the second gite.

The pool is heated to 27 degrees from May to September, and measures 5 m by 12 m in depth.
