Gîte La Madrolle

Renovated winegrower's house with lots of charm and private terrace. Located 12 kms from Orléans Est, in the village of Le Village, it's a calm, peaceful and restful place. Close to the banks of the Canal d'Orléans, the Aquatic Center, the banks of the Loire and the Chécy shopping center. Close to the Loire Valley and its magnificent Châteaux. Dependent barn opposite the gite with a 6-seater Jacuzzi on the first floor (extra charge €30 for a one-hour session) and an air-conditioned gym and lounge with small billiard table upstairs.

First floor: entrance hall with coat rack, washing machine, tumble dryer and hot water tank, separate WC with small hand-washer, open-plan fitted kitchen. Then there's a pretty dining/living room with wood-burning stove, 2 sofas (including 1 convertible 140cm), 2 armchairs, TV, radio-CD player, library with lots of books and games and wifi.

Upstairs, on the mezzanine, a very large bedroom separated by a Japanese curtain. It includes a large 160 cm bed, 2 80 cm beds, plenty of closet space, and a few steps lead up to a very large shower, 2 colored basins and a second independent toilet.
You'll enjoy top-quality bedding and an air-conditioned floor in case of hot weather.

The Holiday cottage is located on a shared property, next to the owners' house (all enclosed by a large gate). Adjoining private courtyard for the Holiday cottage (26m²) with paved terrace equipped with garden furniture, electric blind, electric barbecue, deckchairs and swings.

Public parking in the street.

Possibility of adding an 80cm bed upstairs in addition to the sofa bed on the first floor, for exceptional rental to 6 occupants.

Pets allowed (small dogs under 5-10 kgs) on request, with prior agreement from owners.
Beyond a fixed rate of 10 kw/h/day, any additional kw/h consumed will be billed at 0.20 cts per kw/h.
