Nestled in the heart of the Puisaye region, our Holiday cottages are ideally located near the Briare canal bridge, the City of Gien and the charming village of La Bussière. There's plenty to discover in the surrounding area: Ouzouer-sur-Trézée, the Trousse-Bois nature park and the Château de Saint-Brisson-sur-Loire.

On one level, with a spacious living room, open kitchen, one bedroom with two single beds 90x190 cm and a Bunk beds 90x190 cm, one bedroom with a double bed 160x190 cm, a shower room and a separate toilet.

Private terrace with garden table/wooden benches and 4 garden armchairs. Shared garden with the adjoining Holiday cottage.

Leisure facilities include table tennis, pétanque, volleyball, badminton, Kids' swing and heated above-ground swimming pool (7.50 x 3.50 m, 27°C, open May-September).

Private parking on the property.
