Alain, a landscape gardener, will be delighted to welcome you to this peaceful spot and share with you his passion for flower gardens, with his roses and other varieties of flowers and plants. You'll be staying in a spacious, light-filled gîte with lots of character, where you can admire the remains of the old bread oven or the large old wooden doors... A private, enclosed 50 m² garden is at your disposal, where you can relax in the chiliennes or share convivial moments around the barbecue. Located in the Gâtinais region, in the verdant valley of the Cléry, a tributary of the Loing. It's 1h30 from Paris and just 20 kms from Montargis, nicknamed "the Venice of the Gâtinais" in reference to its 131 bridges and footbridges linking the streets crossed by the Canal de Briare, the Loing and the Canal d'Orléans. The town also boasts a number of museums, including the Musée Girodet. Don't leave Montargis without tasting its specialty: Prasline de Montargis! Nearby attractions include the Château du Bignon-Mirabeau, the ancient medieval town of Egreville, the Grand Courtoiseau gardens and Courtenay.

First floor: 73 m² living room with entrance hall, spacious lounge with wood-burning stove, dining room and fully-equipped open-plan kitchen. Separate toilet with washbasin.
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms, including two with 1 bed 140x190 cm each and one with a bunk bed 140x190 cm below and a bed 90x190 cm above. Shower room with toilet.
