Located in the heart of Sologne, the Jacques Charles gîte welcomes you for a weekend, a week or more. Many activities are available nearby: discover the Sologne (fishing, hunting, hiking), horseback riding, golf courses. The Château de La Ferté-Saint-Aubin and the Loire River are 15 minutes away; Orléans and Chambord are 30 minutes away by car. Why not take a step back and discover the riches of the Loiret region? On the second floor of a property that includes several accommodation units, it features a separate entrance, a living room with open-plan fully fitted and equipped kitchen. The gîte also features two bedrooms with 2 80cm beds (which can be made up), and a shower room with WC. You'll enjoy a terrace overlooking the pond (under the parents' responsibility; recreational fishing possible), and perhaps you'll have the privilege of spotting deer and other game!

Outdoor parking on the property. There's also an outdoor boules pitch, as well as table tennis, table soccer and billiards in the basement.

The all-inclusive price includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and rubbish), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption - if the gîte is heated electrically, you have 15 Kwh per day (any excess to be paid on site to the hosts).
