The Château de La Ferté-Saint-Aubin and the Loire River are 15 minutes away; Orléans and Chambord are 30 minutes away by car. Why not take a step back and discover the riches of the Loiret region? On the second floor of a property that includes several holiday cottages, the 4-person Holiday cottage "Jacques Charles" has its own entrance via an outside staircase.

HOLIDAY COTTAGE :
- Living room with open-plan fully fitted and equipped kitchen.
- Bedroom n°1 with 2 twin beds (80cm)
- Bedroom n°2 with 2 twin beds (80cm)
- Separate shower room (shower, double washbasin and WC)

BASEMENT (shared with other units) :
Shared washing machine, shared dryer. Table tennis, table soccer and billiards are available to share good times.

OUTSIDE:
You can enjoy a private terrace overlooking the park (garden furniture). You might even catch a glimpse of deer and other game!
There's also an outdoor petanque court. There's also a private pond for a spot of recreational Fishing (under parents' responsibility).
