Gîte du Verger

In the heart of the Loiret, in Saint Martin d'Abbat, in the Village des Boîtes aux lettres, between the Loire and the Forêt d'Orléans, the Moullé family welcomes you to a large, comfortable gîte (600m²). We're on a farm near the Loire à Vélo cycle route, ideally located 30 minutes from Orléans, Gien and Montargis, but also 1h30 from Paris. The gîte is ideal for seminars and family reunions. Catering available (breakfast, half board or full board), from family-style to more refined for family celebrations. All-inclusive package: heating, bed linen, electricity. Heating and electricity with reasonable consumption - if the gîte is heated electrically, you have 40 Kwh per day at your disposal (any excess to be paid on site to the hosts).

The gite comprises 12 bedrooms, 3 of which are accessible to people with reduced mobility (9 beds). Each room has its own bathroom and toilet.
The first floor comprises an entrance hall with male and female sanitary facilities and a wide staircase leading to the first floor. A large 122 m² modular reception room for up to 80 people. A large, fully-equipped professional kitchen. A large 100 m² relaxation room with bar, table soccer, billiards, ping-pong table, etc. 3 bedrooms (9 people) with en-suite shower rooms. Upstairs: 9 bedrooms (2 to 5 beds) with en-suite shower rooms. 1 spa bathroom shared by all residents.

Our 37m² professional kitchen: 6-level combi oven, sauté pan, fireproof hob and gas oven, plate warmer, refrigerator, hooded dishwasher, mixer, cutter, deep fryer... These utensils will enable you to prepare or have prepared your most varied menus. We can offer you either self-service or our catering service (local cuisine). We've put together a few suggested menus, but you're welcome to suggest others, from the simplest to the most festive. Mechoui and barbecue available. For crockery: please contact us.

Our terrace: a vin d'honneur, an aperitif, a coffee: enjoy a pleasant moment under the awning of our terrace or in the shade of the trees in the garden. We can provide you with the necessary furniture.

Our relaxation lounge: Want to relax, play table soccer, ping-pong or billiards: Enjoy a pleasant moment with friends at the bar in our games room. In this 100m² space, we provide you with all the furniture you need.

Half-board available: 45€/pers.

On the edge of the department's signposted hiking trails, in the Boites aux Lettres village between the Orleans forest and the Loire, the Gîte du Verger welcomes you to organize your seminars, family reunions, weekends or personalized stays. Catering available (breakfast, 1/2 board or full board). Rates include water, electricity, heating, bed linen and cleaning.
