Quietly situated in the middle of the Forest on a 13-hectare property shared with the owners, with a 1.5-hectare pond (carp fishing available), this semi-detached Holiday cottage is ideally located for Hiking or cycling (loan on site) and visiting the castles of Sologne.

A 109 m² single-storey Holiday cottage with: - a dining room and fully-equipped open kitchen, - two bedrooms: Bedroom n°1 with a 160x200 cm double bed and Bedroom n°2 with three 90x190 cm single beds (two of which can be made into 1 180x190 cm double bed), - an independent shower room (shower, washbasin).
- separate toilet - A spacious additional 35 m² bedroom on the first floor, accessible from the outside through an adjoining door just off the Holiday cottage's main entrance, with a 160x200 cm double bed, TV, two armchairs, en-suite shower room and separate toilet.

Outside: - Separate private terrace with garden furniture, parasol, 2 deckchairs and barbecue to enjoy the sunny days. - On the shared 13-hectare property, you'll have access to a private 1.5-hectare pond (carp fishing possible).
