ATTENTION, occasional information! week 18 (april 25 to may 2) big fair on may 1st, blocking all traffic in the neighborhood on that day. Between Sologne and the Loire Valley, 28 kms from Orléans and 36 kms from Blois, the medieval City of Beaugency is located on the Loire bike trail and on the route of the Loire castles. Situated in a little street with little traffic, in the heart of the Historical district and 100m from the Loire, our accommodation is an old renovated village house of 60 m2, with a large attached garage (2m80 X 8m) and a small walled garden at the back, not overlooked. The house can accommodate 4 people. There's a lovely living room with open-plan kitchen, 2 bedrooms: a small bedroom with a fold-out sofa bed (BZ 140x190), and a large bedroom with a double bed (160x200) (the bedroom with the double bed can be accessed by crossing the first bedroom). Separate shower room and toilet. Surroundings : Tourist and cultural heritage - The château, recently transformed into a digital art center, has preserved its 16th-century hanging garden, - The quays and banks of the Loire; a birdwatching site, a treasure trove of biodiversity with its flora and fauna. - Hiking trails, walks and bike rides, fishing, canoeing and kayaking, aquatic center, media library... During the summer months, a plant maze and a variety of events. Information: tourist office tel 02.38.44.32.28 - The town of Beaugency, with its many flowers and lively summer season, lies at the gateway to the Sologne region and the châteaux of the Loire Valley, such as Chambord (25kms), Cheverny (41 kms), Blois (36kms) etc... - Zoo-Parc de Beauval 1h15 away (73 kms), - Discover Orléans, the regional capital and birthplace of Joan of Arc, with its floral park (31kms), lively quaysides during the summer months and old quarters....

We'll be delighted to welcome you: all you have to do is drop off your luggage, and the bed is made (IMPORTANT: if you'd like 2 different sleeping arrangements - comfortable BZ with mattress overlay => PLEASE let us know a few days before your arrival).

Services included: end-of-stay cleaning package according to the description provided, supply of household linen: bed linen with mattress protector, comforter and 2 pillows per bed - bathroom linen (1 large bath sheet, 1 towel and 1 glove /person and /week and + if necessary) - tea towels - cleaning products - water consumption - electricity including heating on a fixed basis of 15kwh/day during the cold season - and 8 kwh/day the rest of the year (beyond, the excess will be paid on site to the host).

Minimum 4-night rental in low and mid-season.
