Located in Saint-Hilaire-Saint-Mesmin in a residential area, just 7 km from Orléans, this Holiday cottage for 4 people welcomes you in a calm, green environment, ideal for a relaxing stay in the heart of the Loire Valley. Close to the Loire castles and the Loire à Vélo itinerary, the Holiday cottage is an excellent starting point for discovering Orléans, the banks of the Loire and the villages of the Loire Valley. Between bike rides, heritage discoveries, nature and local gastronomy, you'll enjoy a stay combining comfort and tourist discoveries in the Loiret region.

The tastefully decorated house comprises: - A living/dining room with fireplace and access to the south-facing garden - A separate kitchen equipped with oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, filter coffee maker, Nespresso coffee maker, toasted sandwich maker and electric mixer.
- One master bedroom with 1 bed 140x190; - One bedroom with 2 beds 90x190 (Umbrella bed available) - One independent shower room (shower, washbasin) - One separate WC Outside and additional equipment: - Garden and terrace.
- Braséro available for barbecues - WIFI fiber - A fireplace for winter evenings (wood provided). Rates include: utilities, bed linen (beds made on arrival), towels. Optional extras: - End-of-stay cleaning at €50/stay - Additional sleeping possible on request in the living room for a 5th person with the addition of a mattress topper on the 100x190 sofa: €30/night supplement for the 5th person - Piscine optional at €20/day: Heated Piscine (5m long x 3.50m wide x 1.35m deep), shared with two other Holiday cottages belonging to the owner, located 350m from the gîte with independent entrance. Open from May 1 to mid-October, 9am to 9pm.

A deposit of 400€ will be required before you move in, and will be returned at the end of your stay by NON-PRELEVATED bank transfer.
