Self-contained Holiday cottage for 5 people with terrace overlooking Lake Dampierre-en-Burly.

The first floor comprises a kitchen, a living/dining room with a view of the Lake, a bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190), an independent shower room (shower, washbasin), and a small sleeping area open onto the living room separated by a curtain, opening onto the terrace with 1 single bed (90x190) (through space to access the staircase). Upstairs, a bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190) and an adjoining toilet.
Outside, you'll find a small terrace with garden furniture, parasol and barbecue. Parking: in the free street next door. Fishing is possible close to the Holiday cottage, with direct access to Lake Dampierre-en-Burly (pike, cardoon, carnivorous fish), fishing card on sale in the village shops (26€ per year for 4 lines, 6.50€ per day) [ Bed linen provided and Beds made on arrival for your comfort. End-of-stay cleaning included. Towels are NOT provided. ] [ *For business stays, a €50 cleaning fee is required in addition to bed linen rental (€12/bed). Four people maximum allowed for all business contracts, as the accommodation has only 4 beds.
