GROUND FLOOR: large living room with fully-equipped open kitchen and sitting area (140x190 sofa bed), separate toilet.
FLOOR: Bedroom #1 with 1 bed 140x190, Bedroom #2 with 2 beds 90x190, bathroom (bath and washbasin) and separate toilet.
OUTSIDE: At the rear, a small, private, enclosed garden (accessible via the bay window in the living room), with garden furniture (2 small tables and 4 chairs), 4 deckchairs and a barbecue. Parking for 2 cars in front of the Holiday cottage.
Electric heating available up to 8kw/day (extra charge according to consumption). Rental: bed linen €10/bed, towels €6/pers. End-of-stay cleaning at 50€/stay (mandatory for business stays). Pets allowed with an extra charge of 50€.
Deposit required on arrival for Holiday cottage (360€) and with pet (450€).
Baby equipment available on request: high chair, cot, changing mat, potty, stroller, toilet reducer.

Petit séjour au calme qui permet les visites de parcs et de la ville d'Orléans par un accès facile en bus. Avec à voir plusieurs autres sites historiques dans les villages voisins.

MARTINE très satisfaite de mon expérience. prête à renouveler.
super gite, calme, très propre, très bien fourni en accessoires, il ne manque rien. déco agréable ce qui est un plus. Propriétaire très sympathique et une petite attention à notre arrivée nous a ravis. dommage que le temps maussade ne nous ait pas permis d'utiliser la terrasse. Je recommande vivement.
