Gîte du Château

Gîte located in a small medieval town in the Gâtinais region, crossed by numerous small streams and rivers, offering pleasant, peaceful walks. You can stroll through the streets to enjoy the typical old architecture of the houses where you may find on your way a church dating from the 10th and 12th centuries, the Joan of Arc house dating from the 15th century... Just 100 meters from shops and the Château de la Motte, rebuilt in 1609... It's also just 20 minutes from Montargis, nicknamed "The Venice of the Gâtinais" with its 132 bridges and footbridges! An ideal place to stay for family, friends or business.

House with private entrance, with a few steps up to the 1st floor terrace and entrance to the Holiday cottage. From this terrace, you can access the private garden by descending the spiral staircase.
A fully-equipped kitchen and dining room, an independent bathroom (bath, washbasin, toilet, washing machine), a cosy living room, a Bedroom n°1 with a double bed 140x190cm which leads to a Bedroom n°2 with two single beds 90x190 cm.

On the 2nd floor, two bedrooms: Bedroom n°3 with a 160x200cm double bed and a 90x190cm single bed, and Bedroom n°4 with a 180x200cm double bed.

The first floor of the house is dedicated to the owner's professional reflexology and Wellbeing practice. The entrance to the practice is via the garden gate, so that everyone has a separate entrance.

The garden is semi-enclosed, as a stream called "La fausse rivière" runs alongside it. It has a gravelled area and a lawn area. Public parking lot in the street.

All-inclusive rate: heating included, bed linen provided and beds made on arrival, bathroom linen included and end-of-stay cleaning included.

[OPTIONAL (extra charge: €150 per 4 hours): Relaxation area on the ground floor with a 6-seater Spa, adjoining shower room (shower, washbasin), checkroom and separate toilet. ]
