This renovated former inn offers a warm and spacious setting for your stay with family or friends: eight double rooms, large living area, fitness area and gaming room. Nearby, don't miss: the Gien castle-museum, the Gien earthenware museum, the municipal museum of prehistory and history and the village of Autry-le-Châtel. So whether you're visiting the Loire castles, stopping off on the Loire bike tour, or just having a good time and exploring the region, our Holiday cottage is sure to be a great experience!

This accommodation is a Holiday cottage and does not function as a Bed and breakfast.] Ground floor (shared with all rooms): - an entrance hall - a large living room with two bars, a sitting area (2 sofas and TV), two dining tables - a fully-equipped open kitchen - an adjoining room perfect for group meals, with: fitness/musculation area, fully-equipped gaming room (arcade terminals, table soccer, electronic darts), Cinema area with screen and overhead projector Upstairs:
- 7 bedrooms with a double bed 160x190 cm (separable into 2 single beds 80x190 cm), private shower room, WC and TV - 1 bedroom with a double bed 140x190 cm, private shower room, WC and TV For outdoor relaxation (shared with all rooms), a courtyard with garden furniture, charcoal barbecue and relaxation area awaits you.
Public parking on the street. Rates include: Bed linen and towels provided, beds made on arrival, heating included and end-of-stay cleaning included. Towels and breakfast not included. Special rates for professionals, please contact us. Reservations with pets (small dogs) on prior request.

Lieu calme, chambre confortable, nous étions les seuls occupants. Il est cependant important que les gîtes de france suppriment la mention "petit-déjeuner-inclus" puisque ce n'est pas le cas. Les échanges avec le propriétaire ont permis d'éclaircir ce point, ce ne fut donc pas un pb pour nous.

Bien situé à 5km à vélo de la gare de Briare Ce qui nous a permis de revenir chercher notre véhicule après une rando dans la région. Chammbre spacieuse et confortable. Il est cependant important que les gîtes de france suppriment la mention "petit déjeuner inclus" puisque ce n'est pas le cas. Ce ne fut pas un problème pour nous car nous avions éclairci ce sujet au préalable avec le propriétaire.

En effet, si nous mettons à disposition tout le nécessaire (à titre gracieux) pour la préparation de boissons chaudes et la réalisation de petits déjeuner dans la cuisine , nous ne réalisons pas la préparation. en effet, la mention "petit déjeuner inclus n'a pas lieu d'être, le nécessaire sera fait auprès de gîte de France pour modifier l' annonce.

comme expliqué en réponse au mail reçu , Il ce trouve, contrairement à ce que m' a indiqué le locataire, à savoir que "ces températures étés inappropriées" , que la plage de degrés idéale pour une chambre, en période d'hiver se situe entre 16 et 18 degrés( données officielles des différents fournisseurs d'énergies), ce qui cadre avec les températures que le locataire a eu.
Maintenant, sachant que tout le monde n'a pas le même ressenti sur la "température idéale", je met à disposition une deuxième couette pour le confort de mes locataires.
Il n' en reste pas moins qu'avec la programmation des têtes thermostatiques qui équipent les radiateurs, la température n' aurais pas dût descendre en dessous de 18 degrés (il n' y a pas différentes plages horaires de températures pour des soucis d'économies comme l' a éludé le locataire dans le mail qu'il m'a adressé), je vais donc me pencher sur le problème.
pour finir, j' ai mentionné à plusieurs reprises lors de nos échanges avec le client que j' étais joignable à tout heures et de ne pas hésiter à me contacter en cas de problème , un simple message où appel téléphonique de sa part aurait suffit pour que je gère la situation sachant que je pilote le système de chauffage à distance ( encore aurait il fallu me contacter pour le savoir…).
quoi qu'il en soit, je reste navré que cette prestation n'est pas été à la hauteur espérée et me vaille une note plutôt moyenne.
