Gîte des Potes

Just 1h30 from Paris, in the Centre region of France, the Holiday cottage des Potes is a restored half-timbered farmhouse with exposed stonework. This pleasant, authentic Group holiday cottage can accommodate up to 35 people in its 10 bedrooms. It has a large reception room (seating up to 50) for your events, and large grounds with an open barn for your summer evenings. Enjoy a peaceful Countryside setting for birthdays, cousinhoods, weddings, seminars, stopovers... Farm animals. Jeunesse et Sport approval.

The Holiday cottage is composed of :

GROUND FLOOR: A large 90m² reception room (up to 50 people seated) with tables, chairs, pool table and table soccer, a lounge (tables, chairs, fireplace), a bar area and a semi-professional kitchen. Shared shower room. Bedroom n°1 "Cannelle Orange" (1 bed of 140), Bedroom n°2 "Marjolaine" (2 beds of 90 + 1 Bunk beds of 2 mattresses of 90) with adjoining shower room, Bedroom n°3 "Passiflore" (2 beds of 90 + 2 Bunk beds of 2 mattresses of 90 each) with adjoining shower room; Bedroom n°4 "Tilleul Menthe" (2 x 90cm beds + 2 x 140cm beds on the mezzanine floor, accessible via Japanese steps), Bedroom n°5 "Fleur d'oranger" (2 x 90cm beds).

ON THE 1ST FLOOR : First-floor living room with sitting area and kitchenette; 1 sanitary area on mezzanine (separate toilet, separate shower, 2 washbasins), 2nd sanitary area (separate toilet, separate shower, separate washbasin), Bedroom n°6 "Gentiane" (2 x 90cm beds + 1 bunk beds with 2 x 90cm mattresses), Bedroom n°7 "Valériane" (4 x 90cm beds), Bedroom n°8 "Camomille" (2 x 90cm beds), Bedroom n°9 "Romarin" (2 x 90cm beds), Bedroom n°10 "Aubépine" (1 x 140cm bed + 1 x 90cm bed).

Wifi Internet access. End-of-stay cleaning (€185) and optional linen rental (€15/double bed, €13/single bed). Heating charged extra according to consumption (on meter reading).
