Just twenty kilometers from Orléans and Meung sur Loire, it's the perfect place for a family vacation or business trip. The house is an excellent base for exploring the Beauce region, strolling along the banks of the Loire, or visiting the many châteaux and gardens in the area. What's more, the world-famous Beauval zoo is within easy reach, making it the ideal getaway for the whole family.

The single-storey gîte (there are only a few steps up to the entrance) comprises a large living room with open-plan kitchen and lounge, two bedrooms, each with two single beds (90x200 cm) and en-suite shower room, and a separate toilet.

There's a dining table on the terrace (with barbecue and parasol), and a lounge in the garden for aperitifs.

Two private parking spaces (one in the garage and one in front of the accommodation).

All-inclusive rates: bed linen provided and beds made up on arrival, towels provided, heating included and end-of-stay cleaning included.

Pets are accepted for a supplement of €30/per pet/per stay.

Baby equipment available: booster seat, cot, potty, playpen, mixer.

The all-inclusive price includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and rubbish), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption - if the cottage is heated electrically, you have 15 Kwh per day (any excess must be paid on site to the hosts).
