Located just 20 km from Orléans and 10 km from Meung-sur-Loire, it enjoys a prime location between the Beauce region and the Loire Valley. Nearby, you can explore numerous attractions such as the Notre-Dame de Cléry-Saint-André Basilica, the Château de Meung-sur-Loire, the Château de Beaugency, the Lignerolles windmill, the Roquelin Gardens, and the Ilex Arboretum.

On the ground floor:

On the first floor:
- a living area with a sitting room and a fireplace with an insert (firewood provided), as well as a dining room

Bed linen is provided, and the beds are made on arrival. Bathroom linen and heating are included in the rate. End-of-stay cleaning is available as an option for 50€ per stay.
