In the heart of the Loiret department, in the Orleans, Montargis and Gien Triangle. Charming gîte on the edge of a forest, close to the Orléans canal and on the Etang de la Vallée road. Close to the owners' house, but independent in an enclosed area facing a meadow with horses. Wood, brick and stone are used to great effect in the decoration and charm of this home.

First floor: 1 large living room/kitchen with sitting area and wood-burning stove, 1 bedroom (1 x 160x200 bed), shower room with SAUNA, separate WC, storeroom.

Upstairs: 1 bedroom (3 beds 90x200).

Rates include electricity, heating, cleaning and bed linen. Beds are made up on arrival. Towels are an optional extra at €5 per person.
