This large detached house can accommodate up to 15 people in 7 bedrooms. The large living room of over 80 m² is perfect for evenings out with friends or family. The outdoor environment is calm, surrounded by nature. Large garden overlooking a small pond. There's plenty to do on site: ping-pong, archery, petanque pitch, as well as original games such as Bubblefoot (a game where you play soccer in large inflatable bubbles) and Waterball (inflatable water games) on the pond! A deposit by cheque is required for all activities.

On the first floor, you enter through the large living room with an open kitchen (professional kitchen adapted for large capacity) onto the large living-dining room. You have direct access to the terrace and park. 2 separate toilets are accessible from the living room. Still on the first floor, you'll find 2 independent PMR bedrooms, each with 1 double bed (access from outside) and its own private shower room (with toilet).
Upstairs (with access via an outside staircase), you'll find a shower room and 2 independent WCs, 5 bedrooms including 3 with 1 bed 140 each and 2 with 1 bed 140 and 1 bed 90 each with private shower room and WC.
Access to the accommodation is via the courtyard, which is shared with the owners.
On the terrace side, you'll enjoy total independence, with the forest as your only view.
