Gîte in a renovated farmhouse, adjoining the owners' house, on the edge of a forest and near the Canal d'Orléans. Quiet property surrounded by meadows with horses (not intended for riding). Entrance and courtyard are shared with a portico. The gîte has private parking and an enclosed garden with terrace. Located halfway between Gien and Orléans and between Loire and Forest. Bicycles available for hire (1 child's bike, 3 adult bikes).

First floor: living room/kitchen (21m²) with 1 wood-burning stove, 1 bedroom (9.5 m²) with 1 double bed (140cm), shower room with toilet. First floor: 1 bedroom (7.5 m²) with 2 single beds.
Outside, you'll enjoy a pleasant setting with a garden and private terrace (garden furniture, barbecue).
Baby bed and childcare equipment available. Heat pump heating included in rental price. Electricity charged extra according to consumption (8kw/h per day included). Bed linen rental and cleaning package compulsory for professionals and 400€ deposit.
New: recharging point installed, payment on site.

Baby equipment available: high chair, changing mat, cot, bouncer, potty, cot sheets, safety gate (stairs), toilet reducer.
Wood: first flambé free of charge, then to order at extra cost.
