Situated on the banks of the Loire, 1H30 from Paris and 30 min from Orléans, in the heart of the UNESCO Loire Valley, spacious and very comfortable gîte for a peaceful stay. This former farmhouse has been completely renovated with a fireplace, exposed beams and half-timbering, facing the Loire and Passeurs de Loire (typical boat trips), with St Benoit sur Loire, Germigny and its Carolingian Oratory, Sully-sur-Loire; at the gateway to Sologne and the Loire castles. Heated swimming pool open in fine weather from June to September, tennis court, tiled courtyard, barbecue. Comfort assured with underfloor heating and cooling on 2 levels. The gîte benefits from free high-speed WIFI.

Gîte Le Sully: Ground floor: bright living room with bay window opening onto terrace and enclosed garden, large living/dining room with 3.5m oak table, well-equipped open kitchen, WC and Italian shower, 1 bedroom with electrically-controlled beds (2 beds 80x200). 1st floor: 1 bedroom (1 bed 160x200), 1 bedroom opening onto mezzanine (2 beds 90x200), WC and large shower.

Gîte Le Germigny: Ground floor: bright living room with bay window opening onto terrace and enclosed garden, living-dining room, well-equipped open-plan kitchen, WC and walk-in shower. Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 1 electrically-controlled double bed (2 separable 80x200 beds) and 1 80x200 bed; 1 bedroom (2 80x200 beds), WC, shower, whirlpool bath.

Heating, bed linen and towels included; beds made on arrival.
