Gîte de Latingy

Gîte located 12 kms east of Orléans in Mardié, in the hamlet of Latingy, in a peaceful setting on a historic 16th-18th-century site, enclosed by walls, another non-adjoining gîte and a family dwelling, all around a huge landscaped courtyard, with parking area. No smoking. 20 minutes from Orléans and 1h30 from Paris, in the heart of the Loire Valley, close to the Canal d'Orléans and 500 m from the Loire.

First floor: living room with open kitchen, shower room, separate toilet.

Upstairs: 1 bedroom (1 bed 140x190), possibility of adding 1 baby cot.

Electric heating extra charge (€5/day, compulsory from October 1 to April 30). If sheets are rented, beds made up on arrival.

No meter reading, daily heating charge according to season.
Bed linen rental and departure cleaning package compulsory for business customers.
Pillowcases must be provided with sheets. Towels are NOT supplied.
