Holiday cottage located 12 kms east of Orléans in Mardié, in the hamlet of Latingy, in a peaceful setting on a historic 16th-18th-century site, enclosed by walls, another detached cottage and a family dwelling, all around a huge landscaped courtyard, with parking area. Non-smoking Holiday cottage. 20 minutes from Orléans and 1h30 from Paris, in the heart of the Loire Valley, close to the Canal d'Orléans and 500 m from the Loire. Electricity and heating Rental of the accommodation includes 8 kWh/day of electricity (meter read on arrival and departure). Any excess must be paid to the owner: invoiced according to actual consumption.

First floor: living room with open kitchen, shower room, separate toilet.

Upstairs: 1 bedroom (1 bed 140x190), possibility of adding 1 baby Umbrella bed.

Beds made on arrival if linen hired.

Bed linen rental and departure cleaning package compulsory for business customers.
Pillowcases must be provided with sheets. Towels are NOT supplied.
