On the first floor = you'll find a very large 65m2 living room with fireplace, opening onto a terrace and a large, private, enclosed garden; a large, bright, fully-equipped kitchen; a shower room (shower, basin); a separate toilet; a bedroom (2 90x200 beds, can be brought together to make a 180 bed); a laundry area (washing machine and dryer) with another toilet.
