Gîte de la Ferme de Champagne

Fully renovated gîte in the heart of a farm. Situated in a quiet hamlet, you can explore the Loire Valley between the Orléans forest and the canal, to discover all the activities of the Loiret region (golf, cycling...). For a bike ride, the commune is close to the Scandibérique, Europe's longest cycle route. For a picnic or a relaxing break, head to the Etang de Traînou leisure park, which offers a very pleasant setting! There are many sites to visit in the surrounding area: the Château de Chamerolles, André Eve's rose garden on the Route de la Rose, the Grandes Bruyères arboretum... Fruit/asparagus producer and fruit and vegetable store on the farm, available to order.

One-storey gîte with living room, dining room and open kitchen, unheated veranda ideal for spring and summer, two bedrooms each with two single beds 90x190 cm and one bedroom with a double bed 140x190 cm, shower room and separate toilet.

Private parking on site.

Bed linen provided and beds made up on arrival, heating included and end-of-stay cleaning included. Towels available at extra cost.
Rates do not include electric vehicle charging -> meter reading on arrival and departure, according to consumption and current rates.

Baby equipment available on request: cot, high chair, changing mat and bathtub.
