Gîte de La Cheuille

Typical 1930s house in village center with all shops within walking distance (bakery, Pharmacy, café/bar PMU, supermarket...). You'll enjoy a pretty walled garden to the rear, with an above-ground swimming pool, summer kitchen and close proximity to the Loire bike path and the banks of the Loire and La Cheuille rivers. You can set off from the house for Hiking tours. Briare and its famous canal bridge are 15 minutes away, and Gien and its earthenware factory 30 minutes. You can also take advantage of many other tourist activities in the surrounding area: Guédelon castle, Sancerre, Saint Fargeau... Come and stay in our Holiday cottage in La Cheuille for a family holiday, a getaway with friends or a business trip!

The house is 140m2.
First floor: living room with 4K TV, dining room, fully-equipped kitchen, utility room, separate toilet with washbasin, shower room with toilet.
On the 1st floor, four bedrooms, each with a double bed (140x190 cm), including one with an adjoining baby alcove (cot and changing table). A second shower room with toilet on the first floor, baby bath and hygiene pots available.

A 400m² enclosed garden is at your disposal, with a summer kitchen (barbecue, wood-burning oven) for convivial moments, deckchairs for relaxing, and even an above-ground swimming pool, pétanque and Molkky games that will delight Kids and adults alike!

Also available: board games, books in various parts of the house, electronic piano.

Right next to the Holiday cottage, there's a pétanque court and a public playground for Kids, as well as charging points for electric vehicles.

Heating included, Bed linen and towels provided and beds made on arrival.
End-of-stay cleaning at €80 extra or to be done before departure.
