Situated on the banks of the Loire, this renovated Holiday cottage is ideal for quiet stays. Ideally located in the village of Bou, all amenities are less than 10 minutes away (restaurants, shops...). Close to the Loire bike trail, many activities are possible nearby: - Fishing in front of the house, as well as Hiking along the Loire. - Canoeing down the Loire (departure possible next to the house) - Boat trips on the Canal d'Orléans 10 minutes away. - 18-hole Golf course at Donnery, 10 minutes away - Sully-sur-Loire castle 30 minutes away and Orléans city center 25 minutes away. You'll enjoy a very large air-conditioned living/dining room, an open-plan kitchen, and 7 bedrooms with 6 double beds and 6 single beds. A large terrace overlooks a playground with games for Kids, trampoline and table tennis. At the rear of the Holiday cottage, with a wide open view, a second covered terrace houses a relaxation area with a 6-person Spa.

- A large air-conditioned living room with: fully-equipped open kitchen (fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, induction hob, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee maker, filter coffee maker, 4 bar chairs and eating stand), dining area (large table, 2 large benches, chairs, 1 high chair) and a large living room (HD TV, a library with books and board games for young and old).
- Bedroom #1 with 1 x 160x200 bed.
- Bedroom n°2 with 1 bed 160x200.
- Separate shower room (walk-in shower, double basin).
- Separate WC.

2ND FLOOR :
- Bedroom n°3 (1 bed 160x200 + 1 Baby bed Umbrella bed, washbasin).
- Bedroom n°4 (1 bed 160x200 + 1 bed 80x190, washbasin).
- Bedroom n°5 (1 bed 80x190 + 2 beds 90x190 + bunk beds with 2 mattresses 90x190, Kids table soccer).
