We offer 2 studios, a T2 and a T4. Our 4 apartments of different sizes are independent, located on the 1st floor with a shared entrance, and are fully equipped within a 36-hectare estate, where horses, dogs, goats and chickens live side by side. You'll have easy access to local shops and tourist attractions. On the edge of the Orléans national forest, you'll find a magnificent forest for walking and cycling. Situated in the Countryside, you'll find peace and quiet for both business and leisure travelers, where animals are king and serenity, wellbeing and calm reign supreme. The village center, LORRIS, is a 5-minute drive away and has all the local shops you need. We're very close to Sully sur Loire and the Carrefour de la résistance! Less than an hour from Orléans; 1H30 from PARIS, close to Montargis and Gien. Access to the property: Enjoy a large sheltered terrace, ideal for outdoor meals. Armchairs, deckchairs, barbecue and picnic tables are at your disposal for special moments.
