Nestled in the heart of wooded grounds, including a 3,000 m² garden and a 4,000 m² Forest, it offers an ideal setting for relaxation and sharing. Facilities for a comfortable stay: - 8 comfortable rooms with Beds made on arrival. - 4 bathrooms with towels and 4 toilets, for optimum comfort. - A large, convivial kitchen for preparing meals together. - A 70 m² room, perfect for meals, festive evenings or leisure activities, equipped with table soccer, billiards and a 5-meter table. For your relaxation and entertainment: - A 6-seater heated Jacuzzi and a patio for relaxing. - A pétanque court and a play area for Kids (swing and slide). - A piano and a guitar, for improvised musical moments with friends or family. - A corner with a large whiteboard, ideal for setting up your video projector and viewing souvenirs or organizing a karaoke session. The Holiday cottage is divided into three parts (not communicating from the inside but from the outside):

1ST PART IN HALF BASEMENT (entrance by stairs) :
- living room with dining table, sofas, small pool table, table soccer.
- adjoining patio with heated 6-seater Jacuzzi (approx. 38°C) and relaxation lounge.
- Three bedrooms, each with a 140x190 cm double bed.
- Two shower rooms (one accessible via the "yellow" bedroom and the second with separate toilet private to the "red" bedroom).

ON THE GROUND FLOOR (accessible via the semi-basement):
- living room with corner sofa,
- dining room and open-plan fitted kitchen.
- Bedroom with double bed 140x190 cm and single bed 90x190 cm.
- A bathroom with three basins in the hallway and shower in an adjoining room.

2ND PART ON GROUND FLOOR:
- living room with sofas and piano,
- separate toilet,
- two bedrooms, each with a double bed (140x190cm) and one with a double bed (160x200cm).

PART 3: A STUDIO ON THE 1st FLOOR (accessed via a staircase):
kitchenette, one double bed 140x190 cm and one single bed 90x190 cm, independent shower room with toilet.

OUTSIDE :
Large garden with pétanque pitch, swing and slide for Kids. Pleasant terrace for meals.
