Located in the heart of the Sologne, the Holiday cottage "Chez Suzon" welcomes you for a weekend, a week or more. Many activities are available nearby: discover the Sologne (fishing, hunting, hiking), horse riding, golf courses. The Château de La Ferté-Saint-Aubin and the Loire River are 15 minutes away; Orléans and Chambord are 30 minutes away by car. Why not take a step back and discover the riches of the Loiret region? To make the most of your stay, you can also take a hot-air balloon ride over Sologne and the Loire! (For a fee, please contact "Ballons de Loire").

Situated on the first floor of a property that includes several accommodations, the Holiday cottage "Chez Suzon" is entirely on one level and has its own entrance.

HOLIDAY COTTAGE :
- One living area: lounge (sofa, armchair, coffee table, TV, gaming room), dining area (large table and chairs), fully-equipped open kitchen (American fridge with freezer section, sink, 4-zone induction hob, hood, oven, microwave, 14-place dishwasher, De'Longhi combined espresso machine, kettle, toaster, blender, electric mixer, food processor). Wood-burning stove (wood supplied).
- Bedroom n°1 with 2 beds 80x200, closet.
- Bedroom n°2 with 2 twin beds (80x200), closet.
- Shower room n°1 (walk-in shower, double basin unit).
- Shower room n°2 (walk-in shower, small washbasin, WC).

BASEMENT (shared with other units):
Shared washing machine, shared dryer. Table tennis, table soccer and pool table are available for your enjoyment.

OUTSIDE :
Large private terrace overlooking the park. Garden furniture, loungers, deckchairs, gas plancha and parasols are available to enjoy the sunny days. The rest of the park is shared. You can go for a stroll, play pétanque or go fishing in the property's private pond (under parents' responsibility). Kids' swing.
