Quiet, typical, fully renovated farmhouse, not overlooked, with separate courtyard for parking up to 3 cars and 200 m² garden. Gîte located in the north of the Loiret, on the border with Essonne and Eure et Loir, 1 hour from Paris on the N20 or A10, just 20 min from Pithiviers, 25 min from Château de Chamerolles, 45 min from Orléans... If you're looking for the peace and quiet of the countryside to spend quality time with your family, or to get a good night's sleep so you're in top shape for work, this is the place for you! Many fields all around for long walks or bike rides (to be planned). A mini-market about 3 km away in Toury with a gas station for essential needs. There's also a tobacconist's shop in the town.

Single-storey gîte with a fully-equipped kitchen, a large, welcoming living/dining room to make you feel at home, a bedroom with 2 90 cm beds and two bedrooms each with a 140 cm bed, a shower room and separate toilet.

All-inclusive price includes: bed linen and towels on arrival, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and rubbish), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption - if the gîte is heated electrically, you have 15 Kwh per day (any excess to be paid on site to the hosts). For longer stays, intermediate cleaning and change of sheets at €80 (every 15 days or weekly if necessary).
