In an old farmhouse, the Holiday cottage Charles is a semi-detached cottage for 5 people with its own entrance, located in Beaulieu-sur-Loire. On the borders of the Berry and Sancerrois regions, on the Route Jacques Cœur and just a stone's throw from the Loire Valley, you're sure to enjoy a pleasant stay. You'll be enchanted by the restoration of this charming house, and discover its particular history linked to the life of the hamlet. Lovely private garden with terrace.

First floor: large living room with sitting and dining areas, small kitchen opening onto garden, shower room with WC.

Upstairs, you'll find 2 bedrooms: Bedroom n°1 with 2 convertible beds 90x190, Bedroom n°2 with 3 beds 90x190, and a separate WC.

Outside, you'll enjoy a large garden with garden furniture, barbecue and deckchairs, as well as an awning for pleasant summer evenings. There's also an enclosed shed for storing your bikes. Parking is available on the private driveway.

Heating included and bed linen provided.

[OPTIONAL: Possibility of renting a small 25m² annex next door (2 beds 90 and en-suite shower room) at an additional cost: 150€/week or 60€/weekend of 2 nights. ]
