L'Atelier Terre de Couleurs - A creative haven of peace in the heart of Gâtinais Welcome to L'Atelier Terre de Couleurs, a bright, spacious and inspiring artist's studio nestled in the charming village of La Selle-sur-le-Bied. It's the perfect place to create and relax with your family, and can be privatized to organize painting courses, wellbeing workshops, coaching, exhibitions... You can also take a family painting or drawing course with our host, Pascale, a painter. A weekend to recharge your batteries and explore, this Holiday cottage in the heart of the Cléry valley, La Selle-sur-le-Bied, combines unspoilt nature and heritage. The village, whose name evokes an ancient priory and the bief feeding its mill, invites you to stroll through its bucolic landscapes and its network of Hiking trails, including the famous GR 132. Nearby, don't miss: the Château du Bignon-Mirabeau, a place steeped in history, the Château de Mez-le-Maréchal with its authentic charm, the gardens of Grand Courtoiseau, the medieval town of Ferrières-en-Gâtinais... For the more sporty, the region abounds in outdoor activities: archery, paddle-boarding from the Nautical Base at Chantecoq, walking, cycling or horse-riding, not forgetting the perfect spots for a picnic in the heart of nature. Let yourself be tempted by a getaway dedicated to art.

First floor:
- A 65 m2 living room bathed in light (floor under renovation), with convertible sofa (single 115x190 cm), TV screen with HDMI cable (no TNT), Wifi, and a Wood heating stove for a warm atmosphere (the only heating in this room)
- A fitted kitchen
- PMR-accessible toilet

1st floor :
- The "Lagon" bedroom (no window to the outside) with three single beds 80x190 cm, two of which can be converted into a double bed 160x190 cm.
- The "Ruby" room with two single beds 80x190 cm, which can be converted into a double bed 160x190 cm, and a single bed 90x190 cm.
- The "Safran" bedroom with three 80x190 cm single beds, two of which can be converted into a 160x190 cm double bed.
- An additional 80x190 cm single bed is also available in an open corner on the first floor.
- Two independent shower rooms
- Two separate toilets

Unenclosed courtyard with garden furniture, barbecue, brazier and deckchairs.
Private parking on site (two vehicles).

Traffic includes: Bed linen provided and beds made on arrival, electric heating included and end-of-stay cleaning included.
Intermediate cleaning with change of sheets: 80€ (fortnightly cleaning compulsory for companies).
In addition: stere of wood at 50€/stere and towels at 5€ per person.
Pets are welcome at an additional cost of €10 per animal for the stay.

Baby equipment available on request: Umbrella bed.
