Located on the 1st floor with panoramic views, you'll discover a lovely apartment in the heart of nature, with all the comforts of home, reversible air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. In the living room, you'll find a single bed (90x190 cm), a kitchenette with a large fridge + mini fridge, 2 electric hotplates, combined microwave/grill, kettle, Senseo, toaster, kitchen and tableware. Our 4 self-contained accommodations of varying capacities are located on the 1st floor with a shared entrance, and are fully equipped on a 36-hectare estate, where you'll be surrounded by horses, dogs, goats and chickens, and have easy access to local shops and tourist attractions. On the edge of the Orléans national forest, you'll find a magnificent forest for walking and cycling. Situated in the Countryside, you'll find peace and quiet for both business and leisure travelers, where animals are king and serenity, wellbeing and calm reign supreme. The village center, LORRIS, is a 5-minute drive away and has all the local shops you need. We're very close to Sully sur Loire and the Carrefour de la résistance! Less than an hour from Orléans; 1H30 from PARIS, close to Montargis and Gien. You'll have access to the entire property, and a large, sheltered, shared terrace is ideal for outdoor meals. Armchairs, deckchairs, barbecues and picnic tables are available throughout the property for those special moments. 1H30 in the Wellbeing area, where time stands still...
