On a property surrounded by woods, 1 km from the village, the gîte is located next to the owners' house in an unenclosed wooded area of 2 ha. The location is quiet, close to Gien, the Loire Valley, the Jacques Cœur road and the Sancerrois region.

First floor: Entrance hall, large open-plan fully-equipped kitchen, living room (TV), shower room (shower, washbasin, washing machine, tumble dryer, WC).

1st floor: 1 small suite comprising 2 adjoining bedrooms (one with 1 bed 160x200 and a wooden Baby bed, the other with 1 bed 90x190 and 1 bunk bed 90x200), then 2 bedrooms (each with 1 bed 160x200), Bathroom (bath, shower, washbasin) and separate WC.

2nd floor: large bedroom/lounge area with TV (2 beds 90x200 separate or close together, then 1 bed 90x190), en-suite shower room (shower, washbasin, WC).

Enjoy fine weather on the private terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and gas plancha.
Parking on the property. Kids' swing.
Table tennis available (bring rackets and balls);
New: Petanque court (boules available).

Pond and wooden Cabin on the grounds. Pets allowed on request and with extra vigilance on the grounds (not fenced).

Deposit of 1000€ to be secured via GDF or via a swikly deposit link that we'll send you after booking.

INCLUDED: heating and electricity, bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning package.
ADDITIONAL: For longer business stays, compulsory extra cleaning after 15 days.

Weekend departures possible on request.
No charging station for electric vehicles on site, but the nearest is in Briare 19km, Bonny sur Loire 25 km or Gien 25 km.

The owner requests that there be no smoking in the Holiday cottage.
Baby equipment available: high chair, wooden baby bed with bars.
Pets allowed under strict supervision of owners.
