Welcome to Domaine Ferme de la Vergne, an elegantly renovated self-catering cottage in the Gâtinais region, near Paris, exit A19 Auxy / A77 Villemandeur, just 1 h from Orléans and 20 min from Montargis, nicknamed the Venice of the Gâtinais in reference to its 131 bridges and footbridges linking the streets crossed by the Canal de Briare, the Loing and the Canal d'Orléans. Nearby attractions include the Château de Bellegarde, the Javelière gardens and the archaeological site of Sceaux-du-Gâtinais... The estate offers an ideal setting to recharge your batteries in the heart of the countryside, whether with family, friends or colleagues. Perfect for family events or business meetings.

First floor: an attractive living room with dining room, fitted kitchen, lounge, separate toilet and wellness area with spa.
On the 1st floor, a family room with a double bed 140x190 cm and two single beds 90x200 cm, a PMR-accessible room (with elevator) with a bed 160x200 cm, three bedrooms each with a double bed 160x200 cm and a single bed 90x200 cm, on the mezzanine a table soccer and Juke Box. Each room has its own private bathroom with toilet.

All-inclusive rate: bed linen provided and beds made up on arrival, heating included, bathroom linen included and end-of-stay cleaning included.

Reception room (available from November 2024) for weddings, birthdays, seminars, christenings, cousinade... for up to 90 people with checkroom, two toilets including one for disabled people. Private parking for around 30 vehicles.
The room (with tables and chairs) is included in the price for all weekend stays (Friday to Sunday) from November 2024. For week stays, it must be added as an option.
